Crochet Lovely Scrunchie Free Pattern

Hi everyone, this week I am bringing to you this crochet lovely scrunchie (free pattern). I love crocheted scrunchies so much! They are perfect in all seasons and make for a great crochet gift too. Let me know if you love crocheted scrunchies too.

The video tutorial for this project can be found here:

Crochet Lovely Scrunchie Free Pattern: The Inspiration

I have been wanting to create a new scrunchie design for a while now. Last week I created the easiest scrunchie ever, and I really enjoyed this process. Crocheted scrunchies are beautiful and and so much fun to make too.

This easy silky scrunchie is both feminine and delicate. It is made from a very silky cotton yarn, hence the name of the scrunchie. This time I wanted to crochet a “full” scrunchie around a simple elastic band, instead of my usual scrunchie which I crochet, before adding an elastic band after.

This bamboo scrunchie is also a great little accessory. Indeed, it features a simple and lacy design, perfect for the Spring and Summer. It is made from a bamboo yarn, and it is very soft and beautiful.

I used Lion Brand Feels Like Butta yarn for this project. This yarn is so beautiful and soft, and I have used it many times for all of my crocheted projects.

The Simple Feminine Scrunchie is made with this very soft yarn. I love how versatile this yarn is, and I have made many projects with this. The Mint Heart Sweater is beautiful and was made with this yarn.

Feels Like Butta yarn can be used not only for bigger projects, such as this pocket shawl, but also for smaller accessories. Indeed, I have crocheted this Cottagecore inspired bandana with this yarn too. This vintage shawl is also crocheted with this yarn.

Slip stitch to first chain to close off round

Making sure you do not twist your chain, slip stitch to first chain so as to attach your chain around the elastic band.

You will now be working your rounds directly on the elastic band.
